Current Vacancies

Senior Consultant

A senior consultant is required with a minimum of 5 years experience to assist and advise customers in the development of outsourcing strategies, vendor management and service management from market analysis and emerging trends, through to building the business case and successful sourcing and delivery/vendor management of third party suppliers.

The consultant will be involved in preparing the business case, overall definition of strategy, service design, supplier selection and service transition. They will also lead performance reviews and service improvement initiatives on behalf of customers, ensuring alignment with industry best practice and the ITIL service management framework.

They will have an appreciation of emerging technologies including mobile, social media, analytics and Cloud technologies, and the overall impact on delivery to business needs going forward.

They will be educated to degree level with a professional qualification and/or MBA or equivalent. They must be comfortable communicating with board level executives on a consultancy basis, and building effective relationships with clients. 

The candidate will reside in the UK and will hold all relevant UK employment visas.
