Why choose a career at Quantum Plus?
There are a variety of different answers to that question - every member of our team has their own opinion on why they like working here. However, we can certainly pick out the main reasons why people choose us.
Size and Success - Quantum Plus is a close team of sourcing specialists and our advisors join us and hit the ground running. Our team work independently or in small groups on each engagement, dependent on industry experience.
Employee Recognition - As well as offering competitive salaries, individual employees are rewarded for outstanding performance with the opportunity to earn performance related bonuses, and become eligible to join our EMI share option scheme.
Quantum Plus works hard to provide ambitious and rewarding careers for employees who are essential to the success of our business. We believe it is our employees' personal performance, team work and positive attitude which sets us apart from our competitors.
