Andrew De Cleyn joins the Quantum Plus team

Quantum Plus is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew De Cleyn as Director.

Andrew brings to the role over 25 years’ experience in IT services, business processes and strategic sourcing solutions. He has been instrumental in the development of strategy and subsequent delivery of both demand and supply side sourcing.

Andrew has held a number of executive roles within Logica (acquired by CGI Group), including Head of Outsourcing Strategy and UK Managing Director of Outsourcing. As Managing Director of Global Services Andrew developed offshoring and nearshoring capabilities within the Logica Group, including IT and business process capability across Eastern Europe, India and the Philippines.

Prior to this Andrew worked both client and supply side in Financial Services and the Public Sector.
